Ricky Rapper and the doppelganger - in cinemas soon!

Ricky Rapper and the doppelganger is set to premiere in cinema on 14 February 2025. The film is the tenth in the series.

When Nelli notices Ricky on the street and tries to shout to him, Ricky doesn't hear him and disappears around the corner. Aunt Rauha is surprised when she sees Ricky in the store examining the candy shelves, Ricky was supposed to be at home vacuuming. Curious thing! Is there a Rickydoppelgänger in town? And if so, where and why has he come from? Are the spiders and the missing jewel connected to the secret of the doppelganger? And why is Aunt Rauha so angry? Will the secret and the identity of the doppelganger be revealed?

A movie book has also been published. In addition to the original illustrations by Christel Rönns, the book contains funny behind the scenes photos from the movie and much more.

The brilliant child actors Aleksi Johansson and Alma Järvensivu play Ricky and Nelli, and the adult roles feature many familiar actors, such as Iina Kuustonen, Ylermi Rajamaa, Jenni Kokander and Oona Airola. The film was directed by Samuel Harjanne.
